Personally, I've always had a very good motivator that helped me improve my time management skills since I was young,

I'll see 8:35 a.m. appointment, then 9:55 conference call, 11:30 lunch, day after day.
It's got to get stressful.

I don't think I could handle the pressure from a tight schedule like that for any extended amount of time.
My time management looks like this ... Barring any appointments, I have projects and deadlines.
So I'll break those up into manageable pieces and spread them out over my schedule as I see fit.

If I finish any day's tasks early, I can get a head start on the next ones.
Now, is this ideal? Maybe not.
I could probably get more work done if I managed my time better.
